Things don't work, internet goes down, did not have my room type that I reserved, etc. No need to go on. I stayed because the area was near some business meetings. Stay at the Intercontinental next door and avoid this one. I certainly will.

I had a good time staying there until the time I checked out this morning. The guy at the front desk was rude and so unprofessional. He asked me if I had eaten any snacks or drink any alcohol in my room.i told him I didn’t even see them. He kept asking me over and over.Then he told me if I eat in the dining room I need to pay for it. I told him it was charge d to the room. He was rude and totally ruined my day.

Good staff , speaking English is a plus. Helpful reciption staff, great breakfast and staff , clean, quiet, but needs more hours in swimming area, and a microwave in each room will be great. Thanks for making the trip a good trip
