The team at the hotel took a personal touch with my son and family and took care of us like family. The room with the spa pool was amazing. The hotel was clean and the views of the pyramids every morning and night were amazing. When you arrive the outside of the location is not the best and the elevator is interesting but the area is very safe and the locals are amazing. The staff and room were wonderful. The area is not one you’d wander around especially at night. However, if you are there for the pyramids and museums, which we were, the location and views can not be beat!!!! We would stay again but use only Uber and NOT a taxi from the airport!!! The hotel booked a legitimate taxi service to return to the Cairo airport and that was wonderful! The service offered at the airport was awful and a scam. Know Giza is a long wat from the airport!
