Very convenient for the airport and shuttle came quickly when I called. Returning to the airport also easy with a shuttle every 30 mins. Room was very quiet, and I didn't hear people coming and going. Very comfortable stay. I was able to have a guide and driver pick me up here for some tours around Cairo. This seems to be the hotel that Egyptair use for transit passengers so there were plenty people coming and going but it ever seemed too busy and check-in for online bookings was dealt with separately and promptly. I ate at the main restaurant twice and both times it was very good. Shaima who served me in the restaurant was very polite and attentive. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

The security is very thorough. However, as we were going to the elevator another lady was behind us. The elevator was full and only one other person could get in. We offered the single lady to go in. She insisted on waiting but was upset that we did not get in. She did not have a room key. She selected floor two but did not get off, she then got off with us. I excused ourselves and paused for a moment, motioning for her to go ahead to wherever she was going. She paused, stared me down then went back on the elevator and left. It was very unsettling as I felt she wanted to follow us to our rooms. We were surprised that she would make it past security to do that.

Very convenient location next to the airport and an excellent shuttle every 30 minutes. The hotel lobby looks great. The hallways had a terrible odor of a deodorizer that was overwhelming. The rooms smelled a little stale / like cigarettes, even though we requested a non-smoking room.

Really impressed with this place. Room was spotless and very well serviced. The shuttle drivers each way were attentive, client oriented and took pride in their work- one told me that he had worked there for 26 years. From the manager Ahmed who checked me in to the ladies who checked in with me half way through the morning to see if I had enough in my mini-bar - it was clear that the leadership team do a great job in instilling client centricity into everyone. I’ll definitely be back !

No heater. Wifi was non-existent. This hotel doesn't deserve 5 star status till they fix such issues. Stay away from this hotel unless you want to spend freezing nights with no internet.

recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had its drawbacks, the exceptional staff and breathtaking views made our visit truly enjoyable. Initially, I was surprised to find that the property was located off the main road, accessible only by an unpaved path. Its distance from the main town, where most activities take place, was also notable. However, the hotel's staff, led by the outstanding manager Merna, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They promptly addressed issues, including fixing the window in our room, which didn't have glass panels initially. The hotel's views, particularly during the morning hot air balloon rides, were absolutely stunning. While this isn't a luxury five-star hotel, the staff's hospitality and those incredible views made our stay very pleasant. The food was decent, though a bit pricey. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel, primarily due to its superb staff. Merna's dedication to ensuring our happiness was truly appreciated, and we're grateful for her exceptional service.
