Brilliant service all round, Mohammed is very helpful and good. He spends all day for his guests and sleeps in the reception area to be there for others and be helpful. The views are amazing and the owner is lovely as well and asks if there is anything you need. If there is a problem, they will fix it you only have to ask.

The owner Gabry is so very kind and hard working. He's doing a great job making a place that's welcoming to everyone. It's very close to the market and he can organize any kind of your you need. There is a papyrus store that's also run by the owner and it's a great place to learn about the tradition. The staff there are very knowledgeable and kind. Mohamed
