Great room, very clean and spacious, excellent on site restaurant, recommed the fresh barbecue. The surrounding area was a bit noisy due to the main road being closed because of roadworks and all the traffic diverted in feont of the hotel.

Very close proximety to the pyramids of Giza and the newly opened GEM. The traffic is loud and constant, you might want to bring earplugs. Rooms are modern and clean. The waterfall shower is very powerfull however it soaks the entire bathroom. The rooftop is lovely for breakfast views. The hotel does not serve alcohol for this reason we chose to eat at Mena house for the duration of our stay.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Nähe der Pyramiden, leider dadurch auch an einer Straße gelegen die ziemlich laut ist. Das Zimmer war von der Größe für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, leider ist das Bad etwas klein und es fehlt an Ablagefläche. Die Zimmer waren den gesamten Aufenthalt über nicht wirklich sauber, der Boden im Bad und im Zimmer schmutzig. Die toilettenbürste eine Zumutung. Ein Krümmel blieb während des gesamten Aufenthalts an der selben Stelle liegen, trotz Reinigung. Frühstück war ok.

The pictures really don’t reflect the actual standard of the place, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the gym and spa facilities, (no gym) as well as the expectation of being able to enjoy views of the pyramids, but the advertising feels quite misleading. The hotel is nowhere near the pyramids and you can’t really walk anywhere nearby without needing taxis for almost everything. Even small things like tea and coffee in the room don’t include milk, and they seem to charge extra for anything they can. Had I known all of this beforehand, I honestly would have tried to switch my booking to the Marriott opposite instead. Also, I wouldn’t recommend booking taxis or tours through the hotel as they overcharge heavily. Uber is a much cheaper and easier option for transport, and apps like GetYourGuide are far better for booking tours. Overall a very disappointing experience even the bed and pillows were not great.
