We were extremely impressed and grateful for all of the assistance and attention provided by the staff. Wael, Karam and Dahlia were exceptional with their help. Ashraf was an amazing driver and highly recommended if there is a need to travel around the city. Alladin was a great guide of the Pyramids as well. Book your excursions through the hotel and you will not go wrong. You will need transportation though as not much public transportation is around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a visit to the Pyramids and a Nile River cruise.

The property is located in a unique location directly in front of the Grand Egyptian Museum , really had a wonderful stay in this place .Staff was always very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and the food was good. The front desk was very helpful setting up daily activities and tours.

The staff at New Museum Guest House were incredible. Dalia and Ireny were wonderful hosts. Dalia made a delicious breakfast each morning and Ireny made sure I always felt comfortable. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

Excellent place to stay, the staff where great helpfull. The complimentary breakfast was amazing egyptian breakfast made in house. Offered suggestions on what to see and do. Would definitely recommend this place to someone and will book their again if i go back.

Only one floor of building is done, very noisy, water was shut off at night, one roll of toilet paper, wifi works randomly, wouldn’t stay again or recommend we stayed 3 nights, view was side of building, hot water didn’t work for a while so took cold showers, overall not worth it

This place has everything anyone can ask for, location, cleanliness, service, food, views and local recommendations. The city is doing some renovations and some street work, but if you can heat past that, once you're in the hotel, everything is amazing. People make you feel at home and give you the attention you need.

Room was very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and will do anything for you! The block the hotel is located on is in a major renovation/development, including parts of the building the hotel is in. That was a little bit of a shock to me when I arrived but I adjusted and all was well. Just be prepared for area around the hotel to be a little run down and noisy as it’s very close to major roads. Uber is very convenient and once you get the hang of things it’s a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Service is warm and very hospitable. Installations are new and with a view of the new museum and the pyramids. The soundings are partly under construction.

You are across the street from the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum and very close to the Pyramids and Sphinx. It is very small but the staff treat you as part of the family.

If we just rated the people and their service, they would rate a 5 star. However, their web site said we could walk to attractions nearby and that really wasn't possjble or safe. Lots of contruction everywhere around our room and floor. This didnt cause noise at all so that was wonderful, thank goodness. Someday when their contruction is complete and the New Museum is fully open, this hotel will be a star 5 all around for sure. Keep up your great service. That is what is your best selling feature.

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Reham who made our stay a pleasure. Always happy to help us in any way he could. Beautiful hotel in such a great area over looking to the grand museum and pyramids. I would recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with staff who go above and beyond for their guests. Also, the restaurant is gorgeous with stunning views.
