CONS: The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. They’ll hook you up with a different Wi-Fi and password each time but kept disconnecting. The night receptionist (young,tall, dark skinned with beard) on our arrival was DISHONEST. Do not ask him for help with any food delivery because he will triple the real price. It left a VERY BAD IMPRESSION. Do not book a room with a view of the pyramid If you can’t handle the daily dose of camel and horse manure wafting into your room specially at night. It was also very noisy. Staff grasped the rims of the plastic cups with their fingers or placed their hands or palm over the opening on the mugs. *Don’t offer to carry our drinks if you can’t do it in a sanitary way.* Dinner/snacks were also served cold thus, we never ordered again. Bathroom badly needed a makeover. The water tap and bowl stench was unbearable. The refrigerator in our room would randomly rattle & made this loud whirring sound disturbing our sleep. The bed was only covered with a thin sheet and some of the linens have stains on them and quite a lot of pilling on the pillows. PROS: FREE pickup / Money exchange at the counter / Rooftop view and location was amazing/ Hot Shower & AC was excellent / Falafels were TASTY! / Their drivers were impeccable. However, the one on arrival had a non functional seatbelt at the back / Some STAFF like Hani, Omar and an older gentlemen with a black waist bag were genuinely good and welcoming.

Kamal, Honey, the chef and all the staff made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. They went out of their way to buy me a birthday cake on my special day and the Chef even made me breakfast and coffee when I have to leave for my early morning flight. Remarkable and excellent service through and through. I HIGHLY recommend this place to stay.

I wish I could give Pyramids View Inn seven stars. I stayed there for three months eight years ago and for four nights in September 2024. The staff is phenomenal. I have never experienced the level of hospitality received at Pyramids View Inn at any other hotel in my life of traveling through more than 90 countries. If you are able, book a room with a panoramic view. You wont regret it. And even if you are unable to obtain one of those rooms, the view from the rooftop garden will take your breathe away. You will be face to face with the Sphinx and the pyramids. One of the most astounding views, I think, on the planet earth. You will be able to walk from the hotel entrance to the entrance of the archaeological site of the Pyramids and Sphinx in less than a minute. Did I mention it was inexpensive? A truly amazing site, hotel, staff and owner. Thank you Samy, Kamal, Adel, Honey, Mo and everyone else for incredible stays. May your lives be blessed!

AMAZING BALCONY AND VIEWS OF THE PYRAMIDS (walking distance). STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND READY TO ASSIST YOU WITH PLANNING TOURS/DINNER. We stayed in the rooftop room which met our needs but could use some updating. I would recommend if you don't mind 3 flights of stairs to walk up (no lift/elevator) and older room. AMAZING STAY!

C’est ce qui caractérise cet hôtel…vue imprenable sur le plateau de Guizeh! Pour vivre à 100% l’expérience et profiter pleinement du site. Demander la chambre roof top si possible…vous êtes directement sur la terrasse de l’hôtel. Petits bémols quand même…la propreté de la chambre moyenne, les alentours sont bruyants le soir/nuit, mais qui a son avantage, vous assistez au sons & lumières en direct…gratuitement! Personnel très sympas et se plie en 4 pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Parfait pour 1 ou 2 nuits!

I stayed for two nights at the Pyramids View Inn Bed & Breakfast, the first accommodation of my trip to Egypt. I cannot thank the staff and the accommodations enough for their exceptional hospitality. Traveling with another female companion, we were relieved by the complimentary airport pickup. The guest relations team communicated with us both before our trip and upon our arrival, ensuring a smooth experience. Upon reaching the hotel, we received a warm welcome and were even upgraded to a better room. The staff were amazing—although I can’t recall everyone’s names, each member was sweet and kind. The cook was particularly thoughtful, packing us a breakfast-to-go box on our last morning. The views of the pyramids were spectacular, with the pyramids themselves situated just a short distance away. Our room was very nice and well-maintained. However, it is quite noisy at night, and venturing outside to walk around or visit the market often resulted in being approached by vendors.

Staff and service was top of the line. Breakfast was limited, but Omar and Chef are the nicest people. Front desk and Kamala were outstanding. Outside dirty and noisy even at night. Overall a great hub to see sites. Victor our guide top of line, VIP treatment in all the sites visited, thanks to Victors knowledge and personal touch. I would stay here again. Best views of the pyramids an sphinx!!

Me and my 10-year-old son had a dream to see the pyramids. I was a little nervous traveling with my child overseas. However, that was quickly dis once we got to our hotel the staff there is absolutely amazing and treated me in my son. Most importantly, with the upmost respect I felt so safe, knowing that they were in charge. It was truly an amazing experiment. Thank you Kamel, Gamel and Haneen!! Will definitely be back soon.

The hotel is so close to the pyramids and sphinx. We had a beautiful view of each and the sunrise! The hotel is clean, has great hot water and pressure. The power went out a few times so it got hot but the staff were cheerful and convinced us the power would be restored quickly (an hour give or take), the breakfast is good, especially eating it in front of the pyramids! The view is amazing! The staff are all fabulous! There are a few other nice/newer hotels in the same area however the old style vintage and even no power, made for an authentic feeling vacation. I would recommend this place! The four star represents the power outage. Again the Staff were AMAZING!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were fabulous. Attentive, kind, respectful to women at all times! The view from the room was stunning. The balcony faces the pyramids and sphinx! Unobstructed!!! Breakfast was very good and the beverages were great! We were always offered water or tea. The power went out one night but the rooms were so cold that the temperature was ok until the power was restored. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are definitely staying at the property again. Thank you!
