I have been a guest at Sama’s multiple times and I always enjoyed it. However this time it was not a good experience. The day of booking they contacted me telling me that they messed up and that they can’t accommodate the two rooms I reserved weeks in advance. They told me I had to go to their “sister” hotel that is close by. They assured me that it is exactly the same in terms of cleanliness and level of service. Unfortunately that is not true. The furniture of the rooms were much older, the bathrooms were much smaller and the room didn’t even have a phone to talk to reception! This is very disappointing. I considered Sama to be my go to place when I come to Cairo but now I am reconsidering.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were very neat and tidy! The free included breakfast was filling and delicious. The location is ideal for food and nearby activities. Highly recommend staying here.
