We stayed for one night during a shopping trip from the UK. The room was basic but just what we needed. We checked in using the self check in machine, the security guard ended up helping us as we were struggling with it. I only took off one star as the bathroom walls were a bit grubby near the toilet and sink, other than that it was great. Would stay here again for a similar trip.

Basic. Bed was a mattress on a plywood board. Check in was via a machine, which wouldn’t work as Expedia didn’t provide a booking code. No reception staff so I had to press a buzzer to speak to a central office, who were rude and they eventually let me in. No kettle in the room, just machines you had to pay for in the lobby.

It was very busy.....car park was full. Lots of doors banging and kids running along the corridors from early o'clock. But self-service access late at night worked easily and the hotel is very close to the motorway
