Pleasant Desert hotel
Pleasant desert hotel with nice pool, bar, and restaurant in Calama. Friendly service. Had to get an early bus so did not have time for breakfast. They arranged an early morning taxi for us to get to the bus station. Good for an overnight stay.

The place is surprisingly nice with grass water features pool and modern amenities, staff speak English very well and are polite attentive and nice. Everything in the room was clean, comfortable mattress, pillows, aircon and buffet breakfast was abundant and with good variety for chile standards, they where upgrading areas has well

Todo bien excepto por la TV en la habitación, ninguno de los días que estuve pude TV por cable tal como se ofrece, solicité que revisaran, me dijeron que lo habían solucionado pero no fue así, desde mi llegada hasta mi salida no tuve television. Lo complejo es que cuando vi el problema a mi llegada le dije a la persona de recepción y me dijo que efectivamente sabían que había ese problema... no lo repararon ni tampoco me avisaron.

En general todo bien , lo único desagradable fue el OLOR a CIGARRO impregnado en la habitación. Cómo yo no fumo (mi señora tampoco) se sentía mucho olor. También entiendo que no es culpa del hotel , ya que claramente no se puede fumar interior , pero como hay gente viciosa y porfiada es recomendable ventilar la habitación Lo demás todo bien

Muy bien llegue después de la 1 am y no hubo problema con el chequeo muy amable pedí que me repusieran un par de cosas en el desayuno y me hicieron una orden especial , habitación cómoda almohadas y cama genial
