great room! excellent AC especially in mid summer

We were a family of 4, with 2 older teenagers. We had a 2 bedroom room. It was absolutely fine. Air con was great. The location is brilliant - 5 minute walk into the thick of things - and they offer secure parking for 20 euros a night, which was a god send! Very freindly staff and ENORMOUS breakfasts with a lot of variety. The pool/lounge/bar area is outside the hotel and down an alley... very secure and very quaint - lovely place. I would definitely stay here again.

Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel .

Hotel was in great location for buses and train station. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff helpful.

Great hotel in very good location to most tourists attractions. Very helpful staff giving great advice during our stay. Good breakfast

Property was well maintained and clean and provided our basic needs . Water , coffee tea were provided in the room without charge and continental breakfast with a variety of choices . Outlets for charging phones and watch were provided without having to take your own adaptor. My only complaint would be that no facecloths were provided ,but I am not sure whether it is a Palermo “thing “ or an Italian “thing”, because we had the same issue at a boutique hotel we stayed at a few days earlier. The staff was excellent…. Very pleasant, approachable, very willing to help , despite a language barrier.

This stay was beautiful and super comfortable. It’s in such a convenient location 10/10 would recommend.
