We were gone all day on Friday and when we came back to our room, the bed was not made, and all the towels that we had used were still there in our room. I went and talked with one of the personnel and said that we need it clean towels, face cloths, etc., and she gave me some. I asked her what to do with the towels we had already used and she said I could bring them back and put them in the laundry room. We were very disappointed with this. It is not our job to clean up the towels and bring them to the laundry room, and I thought that our bed should’ve been made.

Venue was sufficient for our stay. Only complaints: Toilet was not bolted down (it wiggled) and shower curtain was not sufficient (the bathroom floor was wet following showers).

Unprofessional Staff and Unpleasant Experience My family and I stayed one night at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and while it initially appeared neat and clean, our stay quickly went downhill. We were given room 133, which seemed recently renovated. However, instead of the fresh paint smell you'd expect, the room had a very strong damp odor. I approached the hotel staff, specifically Zoe, to request a room change, but was informed the hotel was fully booked. While I understand there were limited options available, Zoe's response was unprofessional and unfriendly. She offered an air freshener, which I questioned as a solution to such a strong odor. Instead of handling the situation calmly, Zoe raised her voice, which was completely unnecessary. When I asked to speak with a manager, she handed me a card with the hotel’s phone number but informed me that the manager was not on-site, despite it being just 4:20 PM. The situation escalated to the point where Zoe threatened to call the police but then refused when I requested her to do so, hoping it might help resolve the issue. The next morning, at checkout around 8:20 AM, I asked if the manager was available so I could report Zoe’s behavior, but the manager was still off-site. Overall, the staff's attitude was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made to both the facility and customer service.

Hotel was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. There was no bread products or toaster. No good options for fruit either. Room was very small, just enough space to walk on either side of the bed. Shower was poorly designed and did not have the right shower curtain, there was only a 1/2” ledge to stop water from going into the rest of the bathroom so the bathroom floor was covered in water. Bed only had 3 small pillows. Common areas were not well air conditioned, very hot and humid.

Breakfast is the reason for the low score 1 st Saturday I went 3 times and there was nothing but a sausage atty n 1/2 an egg patty. No bread of any kind. Yogurt n apples n cereal. I’m not a child. 2 days Sat/Sun not refilled and no toast, English Muffins, or bagels. Very disappointed 2. The bed was like sleeping on wood. 3 pillows for 2 people. No one came n made our bed or took the garbage that was over flowing with the tiny can they left for us to use.

As soon as you walk in, they're greeting you. There is also free tea and coffee at any time. There's even a place to sit and watch a TV. The rooms are actually extremely clean and they have housekeeping every single day and keep up everything. I did see some hair on the bed, under the sheets, but that was not a huge deal. Otherwise I have no complaints and enjoyed my stay. I will be back.
