Hotel bom para passar a noite, poucas piscinas, limpeza do quarto não tão boa. Tinha pó no chão e a manutenção ao todo deixa a desejar. Muitos funcionários fumando ao redor do hotel, baforaram no meu rosto sem dó ! Como eu disse somente para passar a noite, ou no máximo 2 noites.

Excelente custo x benefício
Apartamento super espaçoso e confortável, cama ampla e confortável. Atendimento nota mil desde a recepção ( todos, mas em especial o João Vitor, que foi quem fez meu CHECK-IN e tbm o check-out) ate o bar nas piscinas. Piscinas maravilhosas, aguas mornas o tempo todo e rudo limpinho. Fica a sugestão de ter um plano B para quando o elevador de um bloco quebrar. Deveria ter tipo uma passarela para usar o elevador do outro bloco e acessar o bloco onde se estiver hospedado. No último dia o elevador do meu bloco quebrou e tive que descer com as malas sozinha, pois meu esposo tem artrose nos dois joelhos evfez cirurgia recente no minisco. Enfim, isso foi um transtorno, entendo que pode acontecer, sim, mas precisa de um plano B, ainda mais em um hotel que recebe muita excursão com idosos. Se nao fosse isso, faria aqui so elogios.
