Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food management could do much better

Staff were approchable and helpful. Great location. 10min walk to the hotpark. There are restaurants in the area and some gift shops and swimsuit shops around. The access to the river is awesome and the pools were very nice. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room (there is one in the common area). They only had one glass for fluids in the cupboard. The worse part though is that the double bed is two single beds put together.

Not a 4 and a half stars

The hotel does not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc...only bar soap but very small. If you need to consume anything, you need to make a deposit which is outdated system. If you need to use your credit card to make a deposit to charge the consume card and if you do not consume the entire amount you made the deposit, the hotel won't refund you. I hated staying there.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito legal, com as piscinas aquecidas e o rio no fundo. Tive dificuldades com o atendimento no local. Por vezes liguei avisando que a tv do quarto não funcionava e todas as vezes disseram que mandariam alguém e até agora ninguém apareceu. A cama do quarto era horrível. Duas camas de solteiro juntas para virar de casal ( até aí tudo ok) porém tinha um buraco no meio das camas devido ao colchão já não estar novo. No fim dormimos separados eu e minha esposa. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade.

O que compensa o desconforto na acomodação é o rio de águas quentes que passa no fundo da propriedade, mas também pode ser acessado em outra área por uma taxa sem necessidade de hospedagem(day use). Aparelho de Ar condicionado em más condições, tv só com canais abertos e colchão deformado. Péssima noite. Os funcionários são pessoas locais simples mas muito educados.O hotel precisa de investimento.

Tudo limpo, rio muito gostoso. O problema e que ficamos em apartamento com vista para o rio(nossa escolha, pensando ser mais tranquilo) mas as pessoas ficam na beira do rio toda a madrugada, bebendo e fazendo muito barulho. Outro coisa que é terrível é o tamanho da cama de casal, minúscula, não dá pra dormir confortável de jeito nenhum. O resto tudo muito bom!

O ar condicionado gela muito bem, mas é velho demais, a cor dele é praticamente marrom de tão encardido. O sofa também deixa bastante a desejar, um tecido de lona que acho desagradável.

Ótimo, porém camareiras deixam a desejar.

Reserva para 3 e havia apenas 2 toalhas de banho. Solicitei e demorou horas para levarem. Após 2 dias solicitei a troca da roupa de cama, falaram que trocariam tudo. ok Porém novamente colocaram apenas 2 toalhas ao invés de 3! Solicitei a toalha com urgência pois estávamos indo tomar banho para sair, porém demorou horas para reporem a toalha. Poucas vagas na garagem. Fora isso, local agradável com piscinas e na beira do rio. café muito bom apesar de ser no restaurante em frente ao hotel.

Falta de higiene nos aparelhos de ar condicionado.

Muito boa e agradável. Todos funcionários super educados e prestativos. O único ponto de reclamação é a qualidade e a limpeza dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado. Os 4 apartamentos alugados em família, todos os ar condicionados deram algum tipo de problema. Fora que abrimos a tampa para ver a limpeza do ar. Nossa, ficamos horrorizados com imensa sujeira. Meus filhos e meu esposo são super alérgicos. Voltaram pra casa com bastante catarro e muita tosse.
