Quarto limpo embora o cofre não estivesse disponível. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. Café da manhã razoável, pode melhorar, pedi um ovo frito e nunca vi algo parecido com aquilo que me deram, decepcionante. O Ar condicionado precisa ser higienizado. Não consegui quarto no ultimo andar e tive que conviver com o barulho de móveis sendo arrastados no apartamento do andar superior. Crianças correndo e gritando nos corredores. A garagem, no meio da semana é fácil e muitas opções de vaga.

Quarto excelente, muito espaçoso com duas camas de casal e uma de solteiro, pia de cozinha e uma varanda para a piscina.toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. O banho quente do rio do hotel é simplesmente fantástico. E o café muito bom, variedade absurda, de cuscuz a máquina de açaí. Não tem outra nota senão 10/10.

O apartamento e o hotel são bons, mas no único dia que ficamos lá roubaram a boia (macarrão) da minha mãe, de 80 anos, na área da piscina, enquanto estávamos na hidromassagem. Quando saímos e percebemos, acionei o segurança, que disse que isso é comum no hotel. Fui à recepção e disseram que não ia dar em nada, que era um condomínio e que ninguém se responsabiliza. Voltei no dia seguinte e pedi à gerente que olhasse as câmeras de segurança. Ela me respondeu que não era possível garantir onde a boia ficou, porque era um ponto cego das câmeras. Um objeto barato, mas essencial para dar equilíbrio à minha mãe dentro da piscina. Portanto, um local onde a segurança é falha.

Dessa vez nao tinha copos nem talheres, microondas ou fogao. a cheve nao funcionou perdemos uns 40 minutos andando pedi pra trocar o quarto nao quiseram pedi uma segunda chave nao deram, mesmo explicando que se tratava de um casal e amigos solteiros. Foi minha quarta estada no local, falei muito bem pros meus amigos fiquei bem decepcionada

Quando chegamos para fazer o check in, tinha um cheiro insuportável de fritura na recepção, minha roupa e cabelos ficaram cheirando a fritura. Descobrí que o cheiro vinha do restaurante que fica ao lado da recepção. O apto era um tamanho bom. Deixou a desejar no chuveiro, que é elétrico e então tem uma vazão fraca de água. Falta manutenção no apto, coisas básicas, como torneira pingando… O café da manhã me decepcionou, reposição demorada, desorganizados, e não era um café da manhã gostoso. Enfim, bom que só passamos 1 noite lá.
