Staff were very helpful. Parking was very convenient and secure. Hotel was clean.

Beautiful setting/decor at great downtown location, with nice restaurant and friendly, helpfull staff

Beautiful gardens, winery and great service. Good food.

Very clean in a freshly-painted way. There are resort amenities for warmer weather. Is quite a bit higher priced than nearby hotels and a few blocks farther away from the main square. Hotel seemed mostly empty but staff seemed not to really k ow what to do with a guest. Restaurant is a little depressing.

Great hotel nestled right in the heart of the town. Perfect location, nice cafe with a complementary breakfast. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Nice location, the staff is very nice, excellent breakfast. Just a little noise the corner room.

La experiencia en Piatelli fue incomparable, un gran nivel de servicio e instalaciones de primer nivel. No se puede dejar de lado los increíbles paisajes de la propiedad y la calidez de todo el equipo.
