This place has to be the best Resort in Jamaica hands down. Choose Preferred you wont regret it!! You will get a butler…ask for Leo to be your butler you wont regret it!! He took excellent care of us!!

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Limited due to character limit. However, here is an *honest* review. Customer Service - Below Average - We felt like an afterthought and I had to tell them it was my wife’s birthday 4-5 times before they finally acknowledged it. Security - Poor - A guest got into our room because maintenance came into our room while we were gone (reason unknown) and forgot to close the door fully. Housekeeping also let the guest back in without verifying their room number because they had forgotten something in our room. Food - Average - Disappointed overall because we love Jamaican food, but everything tasted unseasoned. The privilege lounge had the best food by far. Resort - Great - Well maintained, fun activities. Recommend beach shoes for kids because it is really rocky.

Great resort for a family vacation. Food, rooms and amenities were great. Location is a bit far from the airport, 75-80 minutes ride. Other than that, great family vacation spot. Recommended.
