I booked an accessible room and called the hotel to confirm that our room was wheelchair accessible. When we arrived there is no accessible rooms in the hotel unless you are able to get out of your wheelchair and walk down (with the chair) 1/2 a flight of steps!!! I will never use hotels.com to book a room again.

Very nice stay.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. Only issue was they put us next to elevator which was very noisy. We still slept well but ask for a room away from stairs and elevator. Other than that highly recommend.

The room in whicj i stayed had a portable ac unit. The venting out the room window wasn't quite flush and was duct taped in. The plastic molding actual fell out of the window. Although i asked to have it fixed ,i wound up gerryrigging a repair myself.

Amenida is centrally located in Macleod trail, Calgary. A short drive to Safeway, Dollarama, Chinatown, and beautiful attractions like Prince’s Island Park, Bow River Pathway, Peace Bridge. Our room with 2 queen beds was big, clean and had a very nice washroom. The pool also looked great.
