My ceiling leaked all three days I was there and nothing was done if some was sleeping in the pull out couch they would have been soaked in 5 minutes and I asked if they can maybe give me a discount but I don’t think that’s going to happen.

Do not bring heavy stuff with you, as there is no elevator from the lobby (3rd floor?) to 4th floor (but only 1 set of stairs you'll climb). Tub's water temp is cold when you put it on "H" but hot when you put it on "C". Overall, Everything is expected for its price.

Travelled as a family have 2small kids. Stayed only 1night. Elevator is not in the reception area, our room is in 2nd floor, had to use stairs before using the elevator. So we have to carry all our things by using stairs☹️. When we get inside the room, our curtain is a single lace curtain, which means people outside can see us. No remote control for the televesion. There’s coffee pods and cups but no coffee machine. I went to the front desk/reception for my concerns because there is no phones inside the room.

Our stay was just alright. Desk staff, obe gentleman in particular, was extremely slow. Keycard stopped working multiple times and required a wait in line at the checkin desk to deal with it so I coukd get into room. Was only offered a single keycard despite multiple people in my group and was never informed about the need for an entitely seperate keycard for the pool. Pool was dingy with poor lighting and an annoying group of teens who kept making gross comments while refusing to step foot in the pool (not really the hotel's fault, though. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning, but did throw out anything slightly used, such as a freshly opened bar of soap. In positives, however, it is located very close the 39th avenue CTrain station and is walking distance to several restaurants. It was also more affordable than a lot of other hotels in the area. I've stayed in better places but I've definitely stayed in way worse as well.
