The property is not that accessible with a wheelchair, plus it was a bit of a maze inside with the floors being split. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Property poorly taken care of

The overall check in was not a good experience. I previously reviewed this. This hotel is poorly kept. We were there 2 nights and each day there were garbage bags piled in the halls, all the ice machines were out of order and the stairs at the door closest to our room were falling apart. To top it off, the ceiling was leaking in our bathroom, soaking the toilet and dripping on us. Would not stay again

Brutal maintenance. Had the same room for a night 2 eeeks apart. First nights complaints light and phone did not work. 2?weeks later same light same phone did not work terrible management. BUT sirens nigh housekeeping, fixed the now 2 broken lights and the phone!!! She was superb! Management are jerks

The location is ideal between Chinook Mall and downtown. The hotel is clean, but sadly showing age with chipped sinks, tubs and worn chairs with fraying. Security seems tight which is probably needed considering it's location and ample parking. Central air seems to not work so being supplemented with in room units that do the job noisily. Pool is excellent and beds were very soft with decent sheets. Location and price is why you stay here.
