Mixed feelings about this property.
This is a very interesting property which is not doing good as is populated with a lot of junkies and homeless. The front desk service is very nice, the afternoon shift lady was amazing and kind, also the manager. Should have name tags so we can name them. Maid knocked my room every day asking me for check out and the do not disturb sign was in the door, better communication between depts will be good. Mattress was ok, room have smell, towels and etc were clean, so there is a mixture of feelings. Coffee machines are not cleaned properly. This hotel could have a much better room nigh rate if you could take care of small details. Surrounding cleanliness will make a difference. Perfect location, proper room sizes, nice front desk but poor cleanliness, communication and organization from your team. As well as empty spaces that makes you feel in a cheap hotel, it could be way better than this. Small details make the difference so please feel free to contact me for more detailed experience.

Do not recommend.
Hotel did not inform us when booking that the pool was under maintenance and they were not gonna tell us upon our arrival. It wasn’t until I asked where the pool was located that they addressed the issue. Then to find out there is no elevator access on the main level so you have to carry all your items up or down a set of stairs in order to haul your stuff to your room and no trolly carts were available. Room was not clean and there were dead bugs throughout our room. Our room was beat up from previous guests and certain lightbulbs were burnt out. Our friends who also stayed with us had no towels in their room for their arrival. There were people staying at this hotel who were obviously underprivileged, our first night we dealt with a couple unloading all their items outside of the side entrance and the next morning there was a man sitting at the same side entrance and clearly strung out on something and was still there when we returned 9 hours later. I did not feel safe at this hotel, and when addressing my concerns with the front desk staff they brushed me off as if they were not even listening to me in the first place. I am not one to write reviews so the fact I took my time on this speaks volumes of our terrible experience here.

The staff are amazing, but probably is in need of maintenance and upkeep/renos!! Owners need to step up. Also when booked, nothing was said about pool not working or restaurant on site. My parents are elderly, so needed restaurant. The fridge in our room quite, so food inside was ruined

Our space was so terrifying that we ended up leaving and going elsewhere. The bath tub was very scary, and I wouldn’t dare put my bare feet in it. The carpet and couches were covered in stains as well. Lastly, the little AC unit was constantly pushing out cigarette/marijuana smoke due people outside.
