Outsode the property may not look like it but the inside is cleaner that most higher brand hotels i have been in. My eight year son said and i quote" wow dad its nice inside". Its cleaner than some of the other hotel we have visited.

It's great place for the price i paid, The breakfast was pretty good, checking in/out was quick and easy, the staff were really friendly. The only issues i noticed were: The bathroom sink, counter and showerhead were all dirty, the toilet paper rolls were both half used and the floors around the chairs, table, and around the bed were dirty. The last thing is the security is very lax, with only needing the keycard for your room and anyone can just walk into any of the common areas, there were a few people who weren't staying at the hotel came in for the breakfast, then leave when it was over.

Overall was a good stay. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Only issue was shower water smelled and tasted "swampy". Not sure why as sink water seemed fine. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Front desk unavailable - unemptied prior garbage
we reached hotel after 9:30 pm very tired. No one was at the front desk reception - no bell to ring. The guy who was supposed to be at the reception was socializing next door at the games room - (found him when i went looking for someone who can help after waiting for some time) He said he will be there in few minutes. Instead of apology for keeping us waiting he said with an attitude he was gone only few minutes. He made us feel as if he was doing us a favour by checking us in. It was a nightmare to see unemptied garbage can in the bathroom. It was more than half full with used soap, and other garbage from previous guest. The room seemed old and some flooring edges appeared worn / broken. Later we learnt it is a best western group of hotels. we booked based on previous good reviews which was surprising based on our actual experience. There was also a comment from front desk that its good to book through them instead of hotels.com The only good thing was the lady collette at the breakfast who went out of her way to help people with a smile. breakfast was good.
