The hotel was very nice and clean - staff were great - so friendly and accommodating -breakfast was good lots of options - I guess the only thing that wasn't great was that there were no good restaurants near by - only fast food the hotel was trying out a dinner menu - choices were limited - but if you didn't want to go out after a long day - that was handy but portions were small and food was mediocre. It was handy - but not really tasty! If they stepped that up just a bit it would have been great!

Check-in, room, and cost were acceptable, but someone had a dog in their room for at least the 2 days we stayed here. The dog was definitely not a service animal because it barked consistently in the a.m. and p.m. and was not controlled by its human. I didn’t know Best Western allowed animals!

Staff were friendly from checking in to checking out. Accommodating when we needed to change room. Housekeeping was wonderful in providing more towels when we asked for them. Highly recommend the Best Western at Okotoks, Alberta.
