In its hay day this Hotel would have been great. In fact we stayed here 6 years ago and it was pretty decent. On this stay though the property condition had dropped and the average clientele seemed less like family travellers preparing for or returning from a vacation abroad and more like a destination for Calgary’s trailer park elite. Pool times had to be booked to ensure it wasn’t overcrowded but this was clearly unenforced. The hot tub was like my grandmas soup and my brothers wife refused to use the pool as she found vomit on the floor which her 4 year old stepped in. We found a used sock that didn’t belong to us on our bedroom floor and my wife’s pillow had make up on it from a previous tenant. All this aside, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel when staying with Kids!!

We stayed for two nights on the main level pool side. We appreciated the easy access to the pool and not having to block pool times however there is additional noise and smell from the pool. The room was clean, beds were comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no towel bars in or outside the bathroom. Keep your room key until you get back down to indoor parking. You need it for elevator.

Highly recommend !

Had a great experience ! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Booking includes a free and prompt shuttle to and from the airport, just call the front desk to schedule (they actually answer too haha). My room was clean and spacious and included a 50" smart tv, nice sunrise view, a window you can vent for fresh air, king bed, his and her sinks, robes, a nice deep bathtub and a keurig machine w/decaf Colombian coffee and green tea. My only complaint was the pillows were super soft and I prefer firm. Digital keys worked perfect. Uber and lyft are fast and easy from location.. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice and I had them to myself every time. Hot tub only has a few working jets but was still enjoyable. The sauna takes forever to warm up (like over an hour) so turn it on and plan to come back. The gym has an elliptical, two treadmills, free weights, dip station and a solid all in one. There are two in house restaurants so you can dine in or get room service all day. I recommend the good start breakfast if you eat healthy.. it's yogurt with granola, fruit and toast for 10$. Jetz bar is a great place to watch sports and have dinner, they have a nice 5$ side salad and decent wings. There is also a in house hot stone foot massage for only 35$ half hour.. Christine was great. I felt the price was super affordable for all the amenities included. Will stay again my next trip to Calgary!!
