Booked this hotel for 2 reasons- airport shuttle and pool/waterslides for kids. Water park great however you are limited to 1h of use (unless you book room adjoining pool which we did by accident, which was VERY loud) which is not clear at time of booking. You have to call for shuttle when you land at airport- I could not get through on the phone to get the shuttle for 45 min- so we waited at airport for extra hour. Also shuttle in morning only ran on the hour.

Dirty and did nothing.

My room had literal garbage and chips on the floor and when chip crumbs in the bed. I did not eat chips. The room was clearly not cleaned. I asked someone in the hall to make sure my sheets were switched and her response was that my room was not on her list. Horrible service.

Waterpark was a hit for kids. Only downside with waterpark was the temperature of the pool- too cold for toddler. Underground parking was convenient and staff were helpful. Went to buffet, quite expensive for minimal selection. Again, staff was lovely though.

We took pictures of the stained pillow and under covers of the bed. Blood stained pillow spots And I hope it was just sweat .... Stain on the under the sheet cover. Other than that I loved the breakfast for myself and my little one The slides, front desk service And the breakfast are the only reason we will come back!!!! Thank you
