Our room wasn’t clean, had a broken closet door, and a dirty couch. Kids were also u supervised in the pool area and being unsafe with other kids and parents around. I had heard great things about this hotel; and now I am disappointed and not wanting to return.

We loved our room. The staff kindly put us at the end of the hall. There was a monster truck show so the place was very busy with families & kids. The kids there were having a fantastic time & very excited in the lobby but we didn’t mind.

It took over 30 minutes before we could see someone to check in… it then took around 20 minutes to complete the checkin. When I went to take my kids to the water park (which we paid for) it was closed and no notice was given. I was lied to for over an hour that it would take 10-15 minutes. I told the front desk that I would like a partial refund for not being able to use the amenities I paid for. I was told to call Expedia, checkout and go find somewhere else to stay at 9:30pm with my 7&8 year old children. The staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful and lacked total empathy. I called Expedia for support and the hotel wouldn’t even stay on the line with Expedia… they just kept hanging up on the Expedia rep. Incredibly unprofessional.
