The property unfortunately is located on a main street with several bars and when the bar is let out, it is extremely loud with patrons walking the streets. We also experienced cars racing and crashing in the night. Might want to bring a sound machine.

The small bar fridge needs to be defrosted. The temperature is set so that it's just barely cold. The cooling tubes in the back had a fair bit of ice on them. That just makes the fridge work harder. Room 990.

The breakfast buffet had good selections and varied from day to day. The beds were comfortable, but I do wish they offered a summer weight blanket rather than a hot duvet! Also, if you book directly through the hotel, the parking is free-not $21 PER NIGHT as we were charged!!!

I had a great view of downtown Calgary! It was in a pretty good spot for food, gas, grocery store. The room was a descent size and with a couch, coffee table, desk and kitchenette with stove, dishes and a sink and fridge.

We needed 3 separate sleeping areas which is what led to us choosing this property. Check in was easy, parking was convenient and there is free breakfast. Beds were comfortable. However, the room was outdated and did not feel clean. The bathroom did not feel clean, and the kitchen had a broken door to the trash and crumbs throughout the drawers. It was fine for a one night stay.

We had the unfortunate awakening to the Fire alarm happen to us ( apparently from someone taking a hot shower) This also happened to us when we stayed here a few months ago. Cant be really helped but annoying to say the least. The continental breakfast has really gone down hill. They are not set up for this many guests. Items quickly ran out, and took forever to get replaced. We will not try and go there anymore, not worth the hassle. Our air conditioning unit wasn't working very well for the 3 days we stayed here. Ran continously and never got to the set temperature of 21? Room wasnt hot but definitely not cold either. Property is decent for the price. Staff is friendly. We will look at alternatives when booking in downtown Calgary next time.

The property, although convenient to downtown, was noisy and a lack of parking unless you pay. The paying for parking, seems to me like a money grab on an already expensive room. The room we stayed in was the 2 bedroom apartment. The plugs in the bedroom did not work and the coffee machine was finicky. Also, the 1 night we stayed, there was a false fire alarm at 1230 am, waking myself and my kids up. Although not the hotel's fault, the rest of the night was really bad, my kids were scared, and we all could not sleep. Upon checkout, all the hotel offered was to refund the uneccessary parking charge, a measley $ 21. I felt that was not enough compensation, especially since it is a greedy charge to begin with. Tsk tsk. DONT STAY HERE. I know I won't again based on all of the factors.

The suite had 2 separate bedrooms and plenty of space in the common area to accommodate our whole family. The suite was equipped with utensils and kitchen ware that enabled us to prepare food in the room if needed.
