Once settled into the room everything was great. As the night progressed groups of hockey kids were running up and down the halls screaming and banging on walls. After a complaint to the front desk that there should be floors designated for those on business trips or require quieter environments. The manager came and spoke to the occupants, but there were no changes as the screaming kids were in the room next door. After reserving a premium room, a transfer of rooms was requested. With a down grade of room, both beds were found to be dirty, exposed wires were found behind the bedside table as I went to charge a phone. With only 4 hours of rest before having to get up it was a poor experience overall.
