There is a Indian food restaurant on the ground floor which is great. And the hotel serves alcohol till 2am which is great. I got a beer from the gentlemen working at night named Shan I believe. He was very nice and deserves a raise.

They gave us bedrooms that missing things. We booked 2 rooms. Only 2 pillows on king size beds. Not as shown as on the website. Then had to request for extra 2. Toilet seat shakey. One of the rooms missing shower curtain. Hair in the tub. One of the bedroom sink was clogged. They changed the room. It was an ok stay if i am alone on a business trip. My kids did not really enjoy the place.

The bed was nice and pillows were soft and comfortable. Air-conditioning was good. Bathroom was clean. There is microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board that made my stay more convenient.

Coming into the lobby, it did not look like it is shown in the picture. It does not look modernized at all. I booked a standard double room for a night Checked in and got our room card, we were surprised we went into a room with 2 double beds, brushed it off and checked the beds. We found crumbs and hair on the bed! For the washroom, we were so disappointed with the lighting. They only have mirror lighting which made the whole washroom so dim. Took pictures and went back to the lobby to complain regarding the disappointment. We made the lobby aware that we booked for 1 double bed room and not the 2 double beds. Clerk apparently “upgraded” our room without us knowing initially. We did not asked for an upgrade. We booked 1 standard double bed room for a reason and does not want 2 beds which we won’t be able to use. At 2am, we heard noises in the hallway. Rooms are not soundproof. Elevator wise, very dirty. Looked like it has not been cleaned for daily basis. I would not recommend this place. The rooms on the pictures does not looked anything in real life at all.
Found crumbs and hair under the “cleaned” bedsheet when we came in to check for cleanliness prior to settling for the night.
Only provided mirror light in the washroom. Dim lighting
