The hot tub was boiling hot to the point where some people were getting burned went to the front desk and informed them about it the person that was working the desk said I should just use the pool and I should tell other guests to not go in the hut tub it is not my job to do that he should have put a note saying to not use the pool also informed the front desk about my room Ac leaking and the lady was like oh it is normal when I was in turkey the AC leaked we’re not in turkey she should have changed the Ac but the from desk agents expect me to do their job instead of actually coming and helping I was very disappointed with the answers I got from the agents. Housekeeping did an amazing job after all with the clean room

The hot tub was so hot you could not go in. Our room had no towels. We had to ask at front desk and they conveniently had some around the corner. Waffles taste off at breakfast. Pool closes at 9 ??? Room was so hot you couldn’t put on a/c it was too loud. Get no sleep.

Our room faced the street so we had to have the fan run in order to help with the street noise. I booked here because it had a pool and water slide for my grandkids. I wasn’t happy when we went to swim Monday and there was private swimming lessons in the pool, which is on the smaller side. The instructor put a rope up cutting the pool in half. The breakfast wasn’t bad other than having to ask for yogurt, she did bring out 3-6 when asked. The breakfast room is a little small for the size of the hotel and number of guests.

Pool isnt great for kids. Waterslide is very fast and no swallow area for smaller kids. Everyone gets splashed
