Pool was closed then the TV was broken and maintenance never came to fix it. Eventually cancelled it because kids had to go to bed. The hotel was full and there was only 1 person at the front desk so nothing happened with any expediency. Didn't feel very heard by staff.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The wifi was not very good. I had to keep resetting it. They did have a small coffee marker, but maybe a suggestion, also provide a small kettle in the room.

The pool was under renovation and we were not notified until we arrived. My kids were disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming. The gym was also closed. We wint he staying here aging. The breakfast was delicious though.

Clean and Comfortable

No complaints. We checked in after 11 pm and checked out at 8 am; not a long stay but it was clean, comfortable and perfect for a quick pit stop on our road trip.

Nous avons louer cette chambre d’hôtel pour avoir accès au glissade d’eau et la piscine pour les enfants… finalement nous arrivons et la dame a l’accueil nous annonce que la piscine est fermée depuis 2 mois et que c’est indiqué sur le site …. Je vous confirme que ce ne l’étais pas inscrit… j’ai loué la chambre pour ça . Très très décevant. Nous avons trop cher payer pour une chambre très ordinaire à mon avis .
