I was really surprised that my room was in the basement, where the air circulation was poor and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I told the front desk twice, and they said someone would come within 30 minutes, but I waited for an hour and no one showed up. In the end, I was too tired, so I just opened the window and spent the night like that.

I asked for a late checkout and they obliged my request with no extra charges or harassment for aski g for a late checkout. At other places you ask for a late checkout and they treat you like your asking for the world meanwhile you paid a lot of money for the hotel room? Thank you.
