Pool and exercise room was out on used , room smells funky, the furnitures very old , coffee machine not cleaned pure white stuff inside, A/C doesn’t cold enough , breakfast was terrible, eggs was not done properly.

Poor customer service

I booked the jacuzzi suite for a special occasion. I called ahead to let the front desk know I would be checking in late, after 9:00pm. When my partner and I arrived we were told they didn’t have a reservation in my name and they didn’t have that room for us. When they looked at the in house guests they then realized they had given my room to another guest with the same first name. I was very upset and the room they gave use didn’t compare to what I had booked. The bed was uncomfortable and the occasion was ruined. The only compensation I was offered was a $17 refund on a room that costed me $178. Horrible customer service.

We stayed here for one night waiting for family to arrive in town. The room and hotel was clean comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The 5 Star employees that stood out to me were the drivers very personable, drove safe and were willing to go the extra mile.

The hotel room was really oddly laid out and inconvenient. We had asked for a play pen for our toddler and it was so dirty and gross. There was a bunch of garbage under it, and it didn't come with sheets. The dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed so that was a tripping hazard as soon as you walked in the room. The AC also wasn't working and the unit sputtered all night. I asked in the morning for it to be looked at, but when we returned to our room 12 hours later, nothing had been done. Overall, this hotel was not worth the $200 a night that it cost.

I honestly never write reviews, i usually just suck it up and go on about my day but i feel i need to say something about this place. First off, i booked a suite for 4 people, i only received enough for 2, even after mentioning it to the front desk, we were told to find the cleaning lady. Secondly, the pull out couch was so outdated and with a massive gross stain where your head lays, other people’s body hair was in the shower and beside my bed was people’s hair, a sticky liquid was on the headboard (yum) and the carpets, wet a towel and wipe the carpet, it will come up black. Whether pressure? Forget about that, that must come with an extra charge. The pool? I don’t think they clean the bottom, it’s constant sand and dirt on your feet and the corners are pilled with it. What i’m most upset about is they charged me over $200 a night for this room for my family and i. They need to lower the price of these rooms or do some serious upgrading and cleaning. Sincerely, a never returning customer.
