The staff were very helpful and quick to address any question or need we had. From scissors to late check out. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet at night - slept very well. Though breakfast could be better, it was filling so served us to start day well fed. Overall, had a good experience at the hotel. I recommend it.

We were attending a three day track and field event at the Foothills Stadium and walked every day. There were many dining options also within a short walk. The hotel was ideal for us. The only complaint I had was the lack of towel rails, and more importantly, safety grab bars in the bathroom. The tub is very high, and as a senior I found it challenging. Staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the pool and on the slide. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Good vibe in this hotel. Breakfast was yummy. Loved that I could make my own fresh waffles and the other guests were friendly too.

The bed was comfortable but the sheets and spread could have been better quality. We ended up just sleeping under the duvet. The polyester blend was slippery and hot. The breakfast eggs were terrible and we wasted them. The pool was being cleaner during one morning’s stay and our granddaughter Missed out on a final swim. Too bad as that’s the main reason thst we chose the hotel. Having said all that, we would stay again but be better prepared.

I stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites University in Calgary from July 28 to July 30, 2025, in a Standard Room with 2 Queen Beds (Non Smoking). Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience due to a severe bedbug infestation. I woke up after the first night with multiple red, itchy welts on my arms, legs, and back. Upon inspecting the bed, I found evidence of bedbugs. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response was very disappointing. I was only offered a room change with no proper apology or professional handling of the situation. This was extremely stressful, as bedbugs can travel back home in your luggage and cause serious health and financial problems. I had to take extra steps to avoid bringing any pests home. I urge future guests to be extremely cautious when booking this property. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel seriously addresses its pest control and cleanliness standards.

Toilet was loose and wobbly, Bed sheets were dirty , I asked for new and they brought us a mattress cover. Never stay at this hotel again
