The room's heating doesn’t work, and the thermostat is broken. The bathroom sink and shower are clogged, causing poor drainage. I spoke to the front desk, and they said I should’ve received a discount or compensation, but they couldn’t offer any because I booked through Expedia. This was the worst experience ever!

Just what we need in a hotel in Calgary.
This is a nice quiet and cozy hotel with good amenities and is close to where we come for weekend work related meetings.

I had reserved this room a month in advance.We were on the first floor. Cars parked in front of our window,lights shinning through.The room had a step in shower and hand held shower head .It was hard to shower , I’m was not impressed. Had a hard time finding a plug in to charge phones,etc..
