Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a late check in and they were waiting for us. Property is dated and carpet in the room is very worn and appears dirty. The thermostat is something from the 70’s for sure. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selection. Beds were comfortable and so was the pillow. Good for a quick overnight stay if you’re heading to or from the airport.

The hotel is upgraded. But the room was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom and half opened chocolate inside the closet. The room also had a strong cigarette smell.

I am deeply concerned about an incident at your breakfast bar. A staff member told my two sons to take only three sausages and, more disturbingly, touched my son on the arm—not once, but twice—just to enforce this limit. This behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate. There was no visible notice stating a limit on food portions, and the only items my youngest child ate were sausages and waffles. Additionally, the breakfast on our second day had the exact same menu with no other options, which was disappointing for a hotel of your standard. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge and appreciate your housekeeping team for keeping our room tidy and clean every day. Their service was excellent and consistent. However, this does not change the fact that our first experience with your breakfast service was tainted by such conduct. I request an immediate explanation and assurance that proper standards of professionalism, menu variety, and guest respect will be maintained moving forward.
