We understood that there was going to be a large event with a lot of kids at the hotel but we weren’t expecting them to be running the halls at 5 AM screaming or at 11 PM giggling and kicking things. The cooler was a nice end to the evening, but unfortunately someone put too much chlorine in the hot tub. It triggered my daughter into a severe asthma attack and she had to leave. I’m wondering if someone was confused and put too much chlorine in the hot tub. Lastly, you may want to figure out a different way for pancakes. Every time that we’ve been at the hotel, the machine never seems to be working lol.

The very best, a 11 out of 10

This hotel is a 11 out of 10. Everything was wonderful. Staff very helpful, room large, bed comfortable. In the past we always stayed in Strathmore but now we will drive the extra miles to stay at this hotel. It will be our home away from home. I can not say enough about this place. It was much better than hotels that cost a lot more.

Staff upon arrival very friendly and accommodating. Shower handle was broken but managed to get working Advised at check out and showed video. Didn’t seem to be a concern. Other than that okay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming my stay was great. The hotel its self needs work to be done, My tv did not work properly all the time. The elevator you could feel hitting the sides as it descended to the main floor. The pool had way to much chlorine and there was lots of chipping of the walls of the hottub and pool. The slide was fun but could be dangerous with how hard you fly out of it. There definitely needs to be way more maintenance done and full cleaning of the hotel.

This hotel is very old and used. The room we had was very noisy and cold, we could not get the room warmer, the breakfast was terrible
