This hotel is close to the airport, hwy 2 and Barlow Trail. It was a great launch point for all of the things we had planned to do while in Calgary. Our room was large, but I would have preferred a bedroom with a door to separate us from our kids on the pullout. The blankets on the bed were thin, but the bed was comfortable. We could hear the planes flying over the hotel, but we were able to sleep well. The included hot breakfast was delicious. The staff went over and above to make sure our needs were met by providing us with a complimentary toothbrush and some dish soap so we could wash out coffee mugs out each day. We didn't end up using the slide and pool as we were busy with other commitments.

Room was dirty. No soundproofing whatsoever between floors. Had to argue to try and get coffee and 2 extra towels to the room. The only time there was immediate response is when they wanted the security deposit. Outside of that, good luck getting a response

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge, with two TV’s. The hydabed was very uncomfortable but that’s to be expected and my 4 and 12 year old were fine on it. The breakfast was ok, but the lady making it all was super sweet. We went for a second swim before leaving as we were allowed a noon checkout time without issue and that was a treat. I’m not a huge fan of that pool as the splash from the slide is huge and you can’t be in the pool without getting drenched but my family absolutely loved it. Second time staying there, would do it again. Thanks

Room was dirty. Floor felt grimy, the sheets were not washed. The pull out bed was broken. To be able to sleep on it, you needed to be diagonal so you wouldn't fall into it. The fridge was filthy and smelled horrible. The front desk check in/out staff were very friendly, and they are who my 2 stars are for.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The lady managing the breakfast area was a wonderful human being, despite the awful conduct of many of the other guests towards her and other staff. Location was surprisingly well maintained for the low cost, truly the other guests were the only negative feature.
