Terrible soundproofing. You could hear everything going on around you - especially if you're right next to the stairs but could also hear the people above us. Thankfully the bathroom fan was loud. Breakfast was decent but everything was very squishy.

Stayed 4 days breakfast the same every day and terrible. On check out they tried to charge more than what we had gotten from hotels.com who we booked through.Pool area not so clean and hotel is starting to look dated and lots of garbage outside on hotel grounds.

Man at front desk very nice. Check made easy. Lady doing breakfast was behind. Ciuldnt keep up with line up or was controlling food going out. Be payient. She is very pleasant. I stayed at beginning of week and came back at end. Noticed she had help. Guests were def eating a lot.

The staff were friendly. Beds were hard, didnt clean the room as we only stayed 2 nights but they made the bed but didnt even take the garbage out of the room. Breakfast was medicore. 1st morning Sausage patties over cooked and hard. 2nd morning ok i guess fruit was soft not good.

Nice stay

It was an enjoyable stay but the room could have been a little cleaner. There was food under the bed (popcorn, etc) but overall the room was fine. Enjoyed the pool with the family. The only elevator was down one night but working the next morning.

The set up of the suite rooms were great but the sofa bed mattresses were horrible. Bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly and the kitchen sink tap was not secured. Carpets were old, stained and smelled funky. Location was great for a base.

The breakfast area were too small for the guest to eat, and some of us will wait for the egg and sausage to be cooked since they were out of it. And then even the milk, it wasn’t refilled right on timr maybe because they lack people working in breakfast where there are a lot of guest lining up to eat. The hotel management should have anticipated the number of guest will eat so they have prepared well. The gym were not cleaned properly when we used it there were garbage left in the area.

Below Expectations Cleanliness and Comfort Lacking

The beds were not properly cleaned, and there were hairs on the sheets under the covers. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the breakfast was very poor.

Hotel is great location for hwy 1 access. Lady working breakfast area was very pleasant. I liked that coffee was ready at 6am. There are no restaurants around for dinner. Tim Hortons and McDonalds were 2 min behind. Having groery store behind was great to buy fruit for day trips.
