I was very disappointed with how loud the hotel was. I had Jacuzzi Suite somewhere above me. We listened to the tub run for over 2 hours the first night. Someone stomping around and kids running up and down the the hallway the 2nd night. The beds are not comfortable.The hot tub was NOT clean and the chemicals were not balanced. Your eyes were burning within minutes of sitting in the tub.
