First of all our baby got two cuts with a piece of glass in the pool! Should never have happened but it did. I asked them for a letter of record for what happened and the girl at the front desk said she’d sent me a email but it’s been 24hrs and still nothing. Next there were hair in the bathtub and the drainer stopper didn’t work and I had kids to bathe. Will not stay here again.
