Clean room, polite staff. Breakfast had eggs and toast. The whipped butter was so flavourless I could not eat the toast. Bring your own butter! The rest was fine.

Headboard in the room was banging against the wall as it was unsecured, so when adjusting in bed it’d bang on the adjacent room, shower renos were nice but the fan didn’t work so there’s mold on the ceiling. There’s no pool, hot tub, sauna, so there’s nothing to do. Also in a pretty shady area of Calgary, watched a drug deal at the 7-eleven next door and had to walk in past some pretty sketchy looking people. We definetly won’t be back!

Tried to refund my misbooked stay, wasn't able to. Ended up having to pay 2x the money on top of of expedia's fees, since the hotel management never actually got back to us. The actual stay we did take advantage of was pretty good, but not $300 good.

Continental breakfast, clean rooms, excellent staff- very friendly. Electrical outlets were questionable. Very loose. Being able to adjust the heat could be made easier. Other than that, great hotel.
