There was a homeless man that came in to the hotel and they handled him with decency and respecthey let him have some food and they sent him on his way and that speaks volumes to the type of compassion that this chain has Friend friendly and courteous and apologized for the man being in there but no harm was done he just wanted some food

There were a few minor repairs that needed to be done in the room. I filled out a check in online including a picture of my licence , but still had to redo the check in when I arrived. So it didn’t sane me any time, it took up more time. I asked for an early check in not never got a response.
