Charged my credit card during online check in and then again when I went in to pick up a key card. Some sort of murder investigation happening in the lobby yesterday. Elevator was out of service the entire time. Tv didn’t work when we got there. On site restaurant doesn’t open until 4pm. World’s tiniest Luke warm hottub. If you’re on a tight budget it’s far from the worst place you can stay

Absolutely love the pool! We’ve stayed here before, so it was wonderful to stay here again. I do have a little bit of confusion. What is the point of having early check in online where you give a photo of your drivers license, you check in and you include a credit card When you have to do all the same things as soon as you arrive physically. It seems kind of pointless to do it all online if you have to do it all over again in person.

The property is older but well kept and clean. Parking is very convenient and plentiful. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin and sound (tv, etc.) carries through them.

Worst hotel

Rooms smelt like moisture and mold Beds were VERY hard Pillows were also VERY hard Taps were all broken and shower had no pressure Stains on toilet seat Staff spoke VERY loudly in their language Store was not stocked well or at all Elevator took so long we had to take the stairs Overall worst hotel I’ve been to and I travel a lot! Three times a month I have to stay in a hotel and I would never go back I checked out early so I could leave.

Staff was good and breakfast was great. Thank you. Invisible to get proper diet temperature. Also the door that swings into the bathroom doesn't work well for movement in the washroom. But the shower temp was impossible. Sorry for the price we expected more. Won't be back. Sorry
