I chose this one cuz it's the closest to what my issue was. Coming in from international, the signage is terrible. Because you have a Delta Marriott right across the road from a Marriott both of which have poor signage on that level. I wasted 20 minutes walking around trying to find it. I asked two staff members one at information, both of which sent me to the wrong Hotel. A little signage would go a long way in the hallway for international

The Credit card system was not working, so the check in staff asked us for Debit cards or cash of $255 as damage deposit. We refused - we do not travel with our debit cards nor large amounts of cash. So as it was 2am we had lost any patience with the World after many flight cancellations and changes that day, they let us in. The $400 room was fine and we slept well.
