Great weekend get away in Calgary. Room was a good size. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Washroom shower was clean, updated and good water pressure and temperature. I’m still waiting on the outcome of Expedia requesting a refund with the hotel… this hotel was super clean, comfy beds, but DO NOT stay on the atrium side. The noise is excessive and every small noise is amplified by 1000. It was so loud until late at night then began at 6am. The air conditioning in the room was very weak and did nothing to drown out the noise. They really need white noise machines as there’s no other way they can control the noise when it echoes so badly. I could hear every fork and knife being prepped for breakfast and for a wedding. Every voice, pool sounds, everything….! Not a peaceful stay.
