Front desk staff not friendly, I wasn't even greeted when I walked in. I inquired about parking, staff told me she "thought" it was full and just told me to wait for the valet to confirm and ask when I asked about options. Valet, Eman, super friendly and polite. He saved the check in experience, was the only positive point. I was really thrown off with the parking issue, but indeed dealing with someone with the right attitude makes all the difference.

A special thanks to **Tryphine at reception**—she was incredibly **helpful, kind, and professional**, making our check-in process very smooth. Her warm welcome set the tone for our entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful family experience at this clean & modern hotel. The complimentary breakfast was superb, served in the rooftop restaurant. Our room comfortably accommodated our family of 5 with a lovely kitchenette. The staff was courteous and helpful in every area of hospitality from the front desk to housekeeping to valet and beyond!

There was a bit of a hiccup when we arrived and they didn’t have the room that we ordered. It was resolved quickly and we were upgraded. They were very apologetic and did anything to make us feel welcome.
