I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the front desk staff was kind and helpful, I had an unfortunate experience with a missing item. After checking out, I realized I had left some personal belongings in my room. I immediately called the hotel and was told that housekeeping had not found anything. I was especially disappointed because I knew exactly where I had left the items. The staff assured me that they never throw anything out, but despite this, my belongings are still unaccounted for. It’s frustrating, and I’m left wondering where my items could have gone if they truly aren’t disposed of. While I appreciate the courteous staff, this experience has been a letdown

The staff were all super friendly and responsive. The room was very modern and nicely decorated. The lobby was very nice and the restaurant had a nice menu and the food was fantastic, I had the steak sandwich.
