We went directly last night to front desk to book for a shuttle to the airport for early morning flight today (the exact reason we booked here), the two girls said the shuttle runs every 30mins and CANNOT COMPROMISE so its either 5am or 5:30am only and WE DON’T NEED TO BOOK IT at all they said, just come down and be on it. This early morning we were down at the lobby at 5:30am And the lady at front desk said we DO NOT HAVE A BOOKING SO THE SHUTTLE LEFT EARLY ALREADY and the next one is not until 6am. She did not offer any solution or offered to help at all and said we should have booked it. Completely different from what we were told last night when we tried to book it. We ended up booking for an Uber. A nice gentleman staff up front noticed and apologized and offered to bring us to the airport but its too late since our uber driver is already at the property. The front desk is not helpful at all to the guests. Make sure to book your shuttle even if they tell you you don’t need to.

The rooms are very nice with great view. The beds and pillows are very confortable. The staff was nice. We liked everything . Except 2 things: We arrived in the afternoon and there was no hand soap and conditioner in the bathroom so we ask for some at the reception and they said there was no one to bring it up. We left the next day. The second is that we had a rental car with us and we think that $45CAN for parking is too much for being a client to the hotel.

I appreciated the front desk very much. They were super helpful and friendly. The fitness center had more than i was expecting and i appreciate that. The bed was comfy and the burger i had for dinner was very tasty.

The room was clean and spacious. Check in and check out was quick. The only concern was that the conditioner was empty and there was no lotion. I had to request for the lotion. We liked that they provided the free breakfast.
