Excellent check in. I wouldn’t talk to the check out guy wearing a mask. If you’re that scared to work and breathe healthy air then find a new job. Some have hearing difficulties and watching you touch your bacterial filled mask 8 times in less than a min is gross.

After checking in, paying with my CC, then and only then I was informed that there was a maintenance issue with the King room I booked and I was changed to a room with two queens. I stated that should have been stated before finalizing check in. The desk clerk said sorry but didn’t seem to care.

The room was terrible for the price we paid! Both the bed sheets were stained, towel had long hair on it, chair was old and ripped, spilled coffee on the phone by the nightstand, lamps were stained, spills of some sort on carpet by the nightstand, and few red hairs in the bathtub from previous customers. Went to the front desk, showed pictures of everything to not get charged and asked for new bed sheet; which they gave completely wrong sheets. Upon checkout, told the girl that we don’t want to be charged for these room damages and she couldn’t care less about our stay/satisfaction. Safe to say, not coming back here. The housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning these filthy rooms.

Okay

The room was okay, new condition furniture and new flooring but it smelled awful, we had to sleep with window wide open while it was cold outside. It was a rancid small of sweet and smoke. Breakfast was fresh and lots of variety but the hot food station had no distinct serving spoons so guests were serving them selves and cross contaminating the eggs and the potatoes and the breakfast meat. Leaving me no options as vegetarian who wants some warm potatoes for breakfast.

Rooms were clean; however, the wifi did not work in the room, mentioned this to front desk staff and no real response on the matter. The breakfast food quality was subpar and long waits for items to be brought out. The eating areas were dirty, tables need to be wiped.

A great hotel with a really bad mattress both my wife and I could barely walk after three nights on a completely packed out mattress. Otherwise a excellent property with great staff.
