Was a really nice place. A little confusing being 2 hotels in one though. Also one of the elevators was broken so took a long time to get an elevator. Loved how close it was to the Saddledome.

We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff were really wonderful. The in-house restaurant- The Cannery has amazing food! Probably one of the best in the city. This was really good use of money and I look forward to staying again.

I would never stay here again, the evening front desk person was unbelievable rude and unhelpful. Made excuses for everything I mentioned, the amount you pay per night here is say pay more and go anywhere else. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never been treated so terrible. Do not stay here.

Country mouse in the city

Slightly noisy from the train but didn’t affect our stay. Secured underground parking made us feel safer about having our vehicle in an urban downtown area.

We stayed here after our other hotel had a broken waterline. It’s a great new hotel. Hot tub area is fantastic. Underground parking is $30/n which is a lot more than we pay elsewhere downtown. There is a surface lot but there’s a large homeless population in the area. We’d only park certain cars out there over night. Not much for dining in the area. The onsite restaurant looks okay but we didn’t try it. We had a 10-15 minute walk to Stephen Ave for a selection. Room was modern, AC was excellent. Clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again as the cons are worth the modern comfortable clean room so close to downtown.
