The room was good. Clean. We, as a team booked about 10 rooms here and dinner at their onsite restaurant. There was about 40 of us for dinner. They charged an automatic gratuity in the bills but without telling us so then we all added our usual tip on top of that. I wondered why my bill was $96 before the tip I added for one adult and two children but I guess it was the additional tip they already added. When I called in and asked about it they said their phone lines weren’t working and since I didn’t charge my meal to my room, I have to call back in 3 days to speak to the restaurant
