Included breakfast is menu order not buffet. Selection is relatively limited. Service is ok, but somehow the vibe does not feel good, and hygiene is not superb. We paid high price of over $400/night due to shortage of hotels in downtown. For the price we paid, definitely feel not worth it.

Most comfortable bed I slept in a hotel. Even more comfortable than Le Germain and definitely more affordable. And extremely clean. Wont over spend anymore on fancy hotels when I can have the comfortable and clean room at better price.

we had issues with our tv, a housekeeping employee was sent to our room that did not speak much english, not too helpful. also, no instructions in writing available for the tv in the room, and no instructions for the coffee maker, could not make coffee in the morning. should have information available for both in the room for all guests. other than that the room was lovely.
