This hotel has a bad shuttle system. I called hotel to pick me up at the airport shuttle stop, but the bus didn't show up for an hour. The front desk lady continually told me to wait there and she wasn't friendly during several calls. After arriving at the hotel, I complained and she said she didn't answer the phone. There was only one female employee at the front of the hotel at 5 o'clock on the Saturday, and it was ridiculous to hear that someone else answered the phone.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean. The bathroom amenities were lacking. No shower caps, or toiletries provided. The breakfast was decent and the staff was super nice & friendly. I was stay there again. The hotel is about 15 mins from Calgary. It’s literally 3 minutes to the airport which is convenient. There is one restaurant within a few minutes drive. Looks like they are building stores nearby.

Friday night hotel has a party and the big noise lasted after 11 pm. I could not sleep. Every thing else is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again except for weekend.

We stayed in your hotel for 3 days and for those days we've been having same problems with the cleaning staff. First day - sheets that was put on the bed was not in a good condition anymore. They do not clean the room properly. They don't clean the floor of the washroom, they do not check if the any of the toiletries needs a refill. Then the next day they cleaned the room still the same thing and what's worse was they took our towels and didnt leave anything new for us we had to go down to the front desk to get it ourselves. Also, we booked two rooms, the other room we were told that under their bed there were also wrappers of food which wasn't theirs. I have mentioned this concern to the front desk and I hope this will be addressed. Other than that everything was good. Thank you.
