Just returned from the UK, 🇬🇧 not a good start. Vehicle battery was dead needed a boost, then got to the hotel and checked in it was busy but not an issue. Everything is covered in snow but from previous hotel stays in this area over the years it was good over all, although I have issues with snow and ice but not the hotels fault. I usually stay in a Holiday Inn Express in Canada 🇨🇦 while travelling and also in Scotland very happy with the quality and overall services.

They never have enough towels at this location. Communication between staff in giving permissions and taking it away…talk to each other and don’t piss off paying customers.

The pool area was filthy - so much dirt and hair on the floors it looked as through it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Other than that the hotel and shuttle were great.

For the price and you get a decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean modern rooms, transportation to the airport... there is no way to beat that, great job Holiday Inn!

Was not going well, my bank card stopped working and lost my Amex credit card. So my sister used her teenager bank card looked like a fancy credit card. So we were able to check in. She insisted though. She even tried to check in for us. But they didn't allow her. So I did and my cards weren't working and couldn't find my card.

Quick overnight due to flight cancellation. Found hairs on bedspread and sheets. Pool used for lessons so not as much room to swim. Floors very wet from people not drying off on way back to room which is a safety/slip hazard. Staff were friendly.
