It was very loud there were kids running above our room and it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Opened the blind and we were right above the entrance so all we saw was a roof. We went for breakfast at 8am and the hot food was all gone and took forever to fill. I had to even ask for bread just to make toast.

The reason I choose this hotel was to stay at the nights before an early flight. At check in I was told I hadn’t prepaid for parking which I had on Expedia. The man at the desk said not to worry call Expedia and that I could pay the next morning $10 a night for parking while away. 1 hour with customer service Expedia they finally refunded my parking payment. The next morning I went to meet the shuttle and pay for my parking only to be told management didn’t allow long term ( 4 nights ) parking. It was 4 am and I had two kids that I then had to load up drive to find other parking. Absolutely terrible customer service and a joke. They also didn’t have a shuttle ready and said it doesn’t run that early and could call a taxi, which again was not what I was told at check in. I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay leave and leave a vehicle while away.
