Very poor customer service. I booked a room for 4 people(Myself, Wife, 2 kids) and they only provided 2 towels in my room. I went and talked to the front desk to ask for more and they refused to give me. They told me to share the 2 towels between the 4 of us. The front desk then said “We don”t have enough towels at the moment and you guys can share, it is not my problem that there are 4 of you”. This location has very poor customer service and lack of staff training. Employees like this gives a bad rep to Holiday Inn and It is unfair for the other employees who are sincere good at their job.I was suppose to stay at this location for 3 nights but checked out the following morning and looked for another hotel. I hope this message reaches their head office and the Regional Manager.

Clean property and kids enjoyed the pool. Not much restaurants in the area but close to the airport if you're wanting to be near. Staff were friendly but didn't feel inviting when compared to other hotel staff during checking in and out times. Unfortunately stayed during stampede week and the hotel prices were inflated. Could be better especially when we're far from the grounds. Overall okay stay.

Our room was not quite ready when we arrived to check-in at 4:30 PM. But we only had to wait 15 minutes. The room was clean. The AC ran quietly and the thermostat was easy to operate and adjust. Thermostats in other hotels we stayed at were very confusing. Overall, the hotel was very good and convenient to the airport.

It as easy to get to from airport. Location was convenient. No complimentary water bottles provided in the room The hand soap was so high that family with kids cannot access to use it in the washroom not provided another extra upon request Had to buy water bottles from them 1 bottle cost more than a pack of 24 bottles of water Not enough breakfast and service was slow to replenish once finished

Short overnight for an early flight. Room was good size. Bathroom door squealed like out of a horror movie. Generally noisy, water running, noise next door room, kids cried until midnight, noise in the hall. Not a good night’s rest.

Hotel had new infrastructure. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. They had lots of veg and non-veg options. Fresh Pancakes, hot beans, hashbrowns, cereals, breads, and bagels. They didn’t have extra bed to add in the room. Other than this everything else was really good.
