This is a nice property but we requested a crib for the room and confirmed it while we were checking in and they confirmed they would bring one up and about an hour later they said they didn’t have one for us and offered no compensation.

Very nice hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool! There was a lot of people staying there at the same time but we didn’t hear other people. Breakfast was really good. There was a massive hail storm while we were there so very thankful for underground parking!

This was an excellent property in Calgary. It was right by the local train to anywhere in Calgary, it had an amazing hot breakfast, a swimming pool with a slide and big room with two televisions for a family of five. The staff were all helpful and great, the facilities were clean and there was indoor parking. All you need for a short trip.

We stayed in a small suite here with our two toddlers. The room was big and clean and able to fit a travel crib easily, lesving lots of room. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we forgot a few items. The pool was fun, clean and kid friendly. The room was very clean and equipped. Parking was easy and the hotel is close to lots of food options and travel options. Also the breakfast was quick and easy!
