I thing all is fine at the Hotel Only they told me that the swimming pool is Opel and it close at 22:00 But when I like to go They have children swimming lesson ( one child one instructor) And they told me that I can not use the cold swimming pool… That’s no very nice .👍

Nice enough but wish it offered breakfast .

The hotel itself was really great. If an in-house restaurant or included breakfast is important then I would pass. If you arrive from airport between 10:30 and 4:00 AM you take a cab and they cover it which is fair enough. Just not thrilled with the restaurant.

Beds were comfy, sound proofing for being at the end of a runway great, a basic holiday inn. Before you book, confirm they have towels or consider bringing your own: There were four of us in the room but they only gave us 2 towels, a stained threadbare bathmat that looked like a cleaning rag, one hand towel and one stained wash cloth. When we called down, they said “we don’t have more towels, try tomorrow morning”. We had to use our t-shirts as towels 🎉

Holiday Inn has always been our family’s preferred choice, but the Holiday Inn at 20 Freeport NE, Calgary, was a major disappointment. We stayed there twice and had unpleasant experiences both times. The front desk staff and manager lacked professionalism, care, and basic customer service skills. The shower had weak water pressure, the pool was consistently out of towels for all three days of our stay, and staff were unhelpful and rude when we requested some. Unlike other locations, this one didn’t offer water for guests at the front desk. Considering the price is comparable to other Holiday Inns, I would not choose this location again due to its poor service.

I was very happy with the young man that received us upon arrival, very pleasant and professional. I was not happy that I had booked a king room with a daybed and had 1 facecloth and 2 towels, I called down for more towels and received 2 thread bare towels that should have been thrown in the garbage.
