Unique, comfortable and friendly beltline hotel

I decided to stay at a hotel after my husband's knee surgery to avoid stairs. Hoteld'Arts upgraded my room and offered assistance often. We enjoyed a quiet room, great food and a afternoon lounging by the pool.

Everything perfect. Just a reminder, reserve a spot by the pool. There often is no room for walk ins. I had a reservation but seen people steadily being turned away.

Got to hotel to find out the underground parkade elevator not working, so underground was out of service. Surface lot is fine. Pool was under maintenance our entire stay due to adding chemicals I understand weather was not the best, however I’d like to be advised of this prior. I wanted a pool day and could not go. Our tap water in the room was scalding hot on day 2. We could not drink the water or wash our hands without being burned.

Beware, construction across the street! But of a confusing happy hour, says join us in the lobby but it seems more go to the bar 🤔. Totally okay, but was confusing. Also, staff were overly helpful with trying to schedule the golf simulator so we just let it go. Parking lot spaces are very tight! Room was very nice!!!!
