Overall, my stay at the Hotel Arts was convenient, efficient and close to key sites I needed to visit will in town on business. It was also close to many excellent restaurants and cafés which was great. I found the pool space would have been much more enjoyable in the summer time, and poolside service was inconsistently available. Overall, it was a great independent option that wasn't right in the middle of the busy downtown core, but still easily accessible to the LRT, 17th Ave, Mission St. and other parts of the city.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is awesome if you are going to any event in the Saddledome, Stampede or BMO Centre since it's a 15 minute walk and you don't need to worry about parking. We went to two events and felt safe walking back at night. The hotel has a parking garage that is included in the rate, most other similar hotels in the downtown are I checked parking is additional. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they answered all our questions. Totally recommend this. I visited with my wife and our two teenagers.

Hotel was nice- I didn't spend much time in the hotel but it was clean, staff was good; the downtown area is sketchy at best so I didn't wander around after dark for safety reasons. Otherwise the stay was great and next time I'm attending something downtown I would consider staying again
