The good: Great location in downtown Calgary; spacious rooms; easy check-in and check-out; responsive room service; responsive staff. Had a tasty late lunch at Thompson's in the hotel. Issue: we were in a room on the 5th floor and could hear the downtown tram 24/7 every 2 minutes - coming and going. Sleeping with that level of noise was impacted. They should look at sound proofing the rooms facing the city tram.
