Booked through Expedia, about 5 hours prior to arriving , and upon arrival they couldn’t find the booking and that it would take time to show up on their end , and then after waiting another hour and still nothing , we asked if we could just book another room and we would contact Expedia and figure it out and they said no cause then we would have 2 rooms (although both rooms would be paid for) . Finally our booking appeared after dealing with 3 rude front staff and one being the manager , we got into a room . Only to have the most uncomfortable beds and pillows ever .

We stayed at this property for one night previously and everything was fine. During this stay which was also booked though Expedia, we were given the exact same room. However, this time we found that the bedroom lamp did not work. We have to take a lamp from the front lobby as there was no other. Then we found that the TV and phone were not working. The lady at the front desk offered to move us to another room but when i asked to see the room before moving, she called the manager. When the manager arrive he immediately told to us to leave and stay someplace else before even asking me what the problem was. So at 11 pm we had to pack up and find another place to stay. Fortunately, the manager did agree to refund out payment

Definitely would stay again it's a cute little hotel! Only complaint is during booking I was hung up on for no reason and called again but the person on the phone wasn't helpful either, two different employees. I ended up booking through Expedia with no issues and once arrived at the hotel the staff were great, funny and helpful!
