It was very old, filthy walls, bathroom door did not close well or lock, nasty carpet, shower surround ripping off the wall. The sign still says Ramada on the building, just a little information sign says it is now "Metro". Room door did not have locking latch - felt very unsafe. Keys didn't work well. I asked to re-set my keys, they did not ask for ID - again felt unsafe. Daughter was able to get a room key, again without ID. Anyone could have done the same. Stay away, this building should be condemned.

The room’s toilet suction fan is very noisy and the WC seat is bad including the flushing system yet they are not changed.. 5/10

It was a terrible place, and we ended up leaving. Dirty, everything was broken, the doors looked like they had been kicked in. I had to clean the bathroom and the sheets didn’t look clean

Never have I ever been so disappointed! There were dirty clothes under the bed, dirt and crumbs all over the floor, dirty hair and gunk all over the tub and blood in the curtains. The windows wouldn’t lock so as a female I felt unsafe. The shower faucet wouldn’t turn off and after several phone calls trying to get a hold of someone, they told me they couldn’t fix it and I would have to sleep with the faucet running all night. Safe to say, I paid $140+ to not sleep, possibly catch bedbugs, and be exhausted for my flight. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

This was a horrible experience. The building should be condemned. Faucets are held to the wall with duct tape. Cockroaches were found in one room. The hallways smelled of feces. Card locks never worked. Everytimrvyou wanted to get back into your room, you had to go back to the front desk to get a new card. They are charging people for sheets that were already stained. I have yet to receive my damage deposit. They charged another family $75 for previously stained sheets. The clerk told her that she should have stripped the bed to see if there were previous stains and report it to the front desk immediately after arriving. This place is a scam.

This property should be condemned. There was holes in the walls, metal frame on bed was broken and the toilet leaks water from the bowl. We left after a few hours when our cat disappeared in kne of the holes. Night staff was rude about the situation and blamed us. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Rooms are falling apart. Our shower faucet was taped onto the bathtub. Desperate need of renovations. No one came for room service, no new coffee, towels- nothing. Sheets and towels were clean tho(important)! Still have not received my deposit back.

The room was unfit for humans to stay in, only reason I stayed was because there was no there option. Room smelled of mold and there was so much damage from cracks and holes in the walls to the bathroom door not having a latch so I had to use a wedge under the door to keep it closed. On top of everything the hotel made an unauthorized charge of $20 to my credit card. Warning, do not stay here at all costs!!! Can’t wait to get home and shower!

Stayed for one night because our son had his high school provincial track meet at foothills athletic park across the road, so the hotel was in a convenient location. Getting a good nights sleep was a high priority for our son so he could perform to his best ability… The hotel is very run down, and has an odd odour. The floor in our room felt spongy and damp. The beds were hard, but the pillows were fine though. They had recently painted our room… obviously not done by anyone with any painting experience.. paint specs all over the rug, Painters tape was still all over the bathroom. We would have had a fine nights stay despite these things had it not been for the paper thin walls and the group of teenagers next to us that partied until 6:30am, drinking and smoking, blaring music. We didn’t get a wink of sleep. I could hear every conversation the walls were so thin. We tried to call the front desk and find someone to help multiple times starting at 1am, but there was no answer. Finally at 6:30am management came, but only because the group was leaving and they said they had to check the room before the left to make sure there was no damage from their party. We heard the whole conversation. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Management had no regard for anything other than charging the teens for damage, no care how much they disturbed other guests. If you want to get any sleep, avoid this hotel.

Worst motel on the planet. Rude staff, filthy, worn down motel, ended up not staying. The front desk staff were extremely rude and swore at me. They refused to accept cash, they refused to allow tap of credit cards, he wanted to photocopy my physical credit card. Thats when i left.
