This property is lovely and clean and has been recently updated. The man on the front desk was very friendly and informative when we checked in. We only stayed there one night for transfers from a flight to flight. We would stay there again.

I got stranded at the Calgary airport at midnight and going to this hotel was easy and convenient. I loved that I was able to just catch a cab and they gave the driver a voucher. Way more convenient and quicker than waiting for a shuttle. It was the same going back to the airport. I would definitely again.

Parking issues because of my 3rd party booking

The hotel itself was great, but upon arrival I had a very difficult time. I was told because I booked for hotels.com I would not be able to park for the duration of trip (despite being willing to pay, and despite the fact the hotel offers extended parking). The first told me I had to cancel my original bookingnand rebook directly with the hotel to park. Needless to say, i escalated rather quickly and eventually they allowd me to pay for 7 day parking with my hotels.com purchase. In the future though I will be less likely to book using Hotels if I am going to be given grief like this again.
