I litterly got this hotel as soon as i landed in the airport! Was amazing custumer service right off the bat! They even upgraded me to buisness class! What i thought was going to he a bad day turned great!

We had absolutely no hot water in the morning and when I went to the front desk to tell them the staff just told us to run all the taps for 15-20 minutes and it would eventually warm up. It never did. Stayed freezing cold. Upon check out the lady said there was nothing she could do. There were other guests complaining as well. Wish they could have just been up front and told us there was a problem and credited us back some of the room rate.

The room was nicely decorated, quiet, & clean with a super comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Had a wonderful rest! It was close to the airport and had a convenient shuttle to the airport. We had a bit of a challenge getting the thermostat to regulate the temperature to our desired setting for sleeping. The siding door for the bathroom did not open enough to accommodate a wheelchair which was frustrating. Other than these two things, we were pleased with the Radisson and the value it provided for the pricepoint

Me & my wife were placed in a room for PWD with a defective shower and murky water from the faucet on our first night. Fortunately, Sharon called us the next morning to ask about our issues and was kind and compassionate enough to move us to another room. Special thanks to Sharon and Keshu at the front desk for being empathetic and providing excellent customer service that made our next day wonderful! Also, to the housekeeper on duty at the 3rd floor the next day (Dec. 6), who was kind enough to hand us our new key cards and attentive to our needs (unfortunately, I wasn't able to catch her name). Overall, the hotel was nice and quiet, the room was nice and tidy, although the menu lacked variety, the roads and pathways were icy, and the services were average, except for the specially mentioned staffs who went above and beyond to make our 5-day stay delightful!
