The hotel Building was not satisfactory nor were the rooms. The sink was cracked the bathtub handle was broken and joined, felt like a cheap motel rather then like a 3 star hotel

Be VERY wary of staying here. We booked based on the price (it's cheap for a reason). Website and Expedia photos are wholly unrepresentative of the hotel. It's run down, poorly maintained and simply not clean. Stained carpets, thrift store furniture, stained towels and very poorly configured rooms. When we arrived there was an event taking place and drunken teenagers were loitering around the parking lot. Some very undesirable people were in the reception area arguing with the staff. Not a good first impression. The music was blaring from the function room and shut off just before 11pm. I found a hair in my bathroom sink and the reception team (who were very pleasant) dispatched a teenage facilities guy to remove it. No offer of a room change at the time as they were full. The manager called me a few days later and was very self important ("remember you are speaking to a general manager of a hotel"!). After sending him the photos, a week later he contacted me to say that the photos don't warrant a refund (apparently poor cleanliness is ok). He said if I'd have complained at the time I could have moved rooms as he had the power (!) to do that. I told him the hotel was full and he wasn't even onsite. Apparently this was my fault! He did offer me free breakfast and an upgrade to a suite (!) next time I stay. Oh my deluded friend, There will NEVER be a next time. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...

This properly was horrible. The staff was rude and the room was very dirty.. we woke up to the ceiling broken over the toilet this morning, we took a video and showed the front desk and they didn’t even apologize. My mom and dad are both feeling sick due to the mold and we plan on filing a complain with health and safety as this is unacceptable.
