Disappointing Staycation – Not As Advertised We booked this hotel for a staycation, hoping for a relaxing weekend getaway without leaving the city. The hotel’s website clearly advertised a pool and an on-site restaurant, which were the main reasons we chose to stay here. Unfortunately, both were closed upon arrival due to “chemical issues” and other unspecified problems—something we were not informed about until check-in. Things only went downhill from there. The carpets in our room were so dirty that we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot and had to keep our shoes on the entire time. Housekeeping also proved to be a challenge. After our towels were removed, it took repeated requests to get replacements. When we brought these concerns to the manager, we were met with indifference. He stated he did not see any reason for compensation, despite the fact that major amenities were unavailable and the room cleanliness was far below basic expectations. There were also 2 parties going on creating noise disturbance which resulted in my husband taking our children for the night. Overall, this stay was a disappointment. The lack of transparency, poor cleanliness, and dismissive customer service made for a frustrating experience. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Found my room to be clean and inviting, bed was comfortable. I would like to acknowledge the young lady that checked me in as she was dealing with an unhappy guest before me and she never lost her composure, she stayed calm and respectful despite everything the other guest was saying and always maintained a dignified and respectful demeanor through it all. She should be commended for her professionalism and demeanor... unfortunately I did not get her name 😔

The check in seemed easy, they're policy is to ask for ID's of all the adults staying. They failed to inform us that the pool was closed for the day and there were other families that were in the pool. It was around 8pm when we inquired on why the lights did not turn on, that's when I was told they closed the pool due to the imbalance of the chemicals. I immediately told my family and other guests to leave the pool after what i was informed. I spoke to the staff and a few managers and no one apologized and they said they wouldn't reimburse me or offer any type of compensation. The marketing manager even said to my face that the senior manager or the owner would not give you compensation. I canceled my secind night stay and booked elsewhere.

The pool a kid had pooped in so no pool, no sauna, no hot tub . Very disappointing!! Parents there are swimmers like a diaper for that reason so the rest of us dont miss out!! This is why we book a hotel to ENJOY it. We pay the same price

This hotel was awful. Our room was disgustingly dirty. The chair with an ottoman was so old, and stained. They left all the lights on including the tv and the air conditioning but the one thing they left off was the fridge. It was so cold in our room, we tried to turn on the heat but that didn’t work. The window screen was damaged, holes in every wall as they don’t put wall adhesive stoppers on to protect the walls. They charge an extra $50 for damages but the room is already beat up and damaged. I won’t be back. I don’t recommend this hotel. Don’t stay here
