The lobby, the elevator, the floor, even the room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk don’t even care “we will just move you to another room” that doesn’t fix the issue, you guys are running a disgrace of a hotel and letting people do whatever they want. What an embarrassment

Overall my stay at this hotel was good. Definitely worth the price. My first impression of this hotel was not good. As my husband and I drove up to the hotel you can see a homeless camp in the back parking lot. The man at the front desk was very friendly and the check in process was seamless. The room smelt very musky. My husband opened the window to air it out. The room was clean from the bathroom to the beds. I like different amenities that this hotel has to offer. From yoga to massage and don’t forget the pool and the gym. This hotel is definitely worth the price as long as you are not looking for the bells and whistles.

Nice location. Near nice restaurants and shopping. Someone set off sprinklers on my floor. Hotel was evacuated. After everyone when back to there rooms. Crews were talking loud in the halls late into the night dealing with flooding.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, and overall the stay was comfortable. The location is convenient with easy parking and good nearby dining options. However, during the night, there was quite a bit of loud noise from the outside corridors, which made it hard to sleep. Also, the AC unit was very close to the bed, and the direct airflow on one side made me feel cold and gave me a slight headache. Apart from these issues, everything else was good and the staff were friendly.

I dont feel anything was exciting, it is very dsted, carpets are in deel need of cleaning. I understand the need for secondary businesses ran out of the hotel like uhaul, but i thought maybe they would have their own office, not a desk that looks abandoned. Cleanliness is not their strong suit, but for 80 dollars a night its a steal of a deal.
